Record pace of sales

Aurec Home has sold over 70 % of flats in the first stage of “Town of Dawn” within six months. Such high interest of buyers shows that the demand for residents-friendly housing estates in Poland is growing.

“Town of Dawn” is a housing estate offering innovative ecological solutions.

Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roofs of the buildings to provide energy to the common areas, allowing you to save electricity. Residents will be able to use solar benches fitted with USB chargers. Fountains and ponds will also be located  within the estate. Moreover developer is planning to plant large trees so that residents can enjoy the green enclaves immediately after moving in. Greenhouses on the patio will enable growing flowers, herbs or vegetables. A  parking space with charger for electric cars has also been provided in response to the growing demand of people who choose ecological cars.

– On average, we sell 20 apartments per month. This is a record pace. We are very pleased with the high level of sales, so we are optimistic about construction of stage II that has already started.  We offer 140 two, three and four-room apartments in that stage. – says Mariola Żak, sales director of Aurec Home.

Customers also appreciate well planned space for storage in apartments and creative ways of separating the night space from the day space. The location of the estate is also important for potential customers. Włochy is a green district well connected to the center of Warsaw. „Town of Dawn” is located close to the border with Ochota and Mokotów.

The first stage of construction of Town of Dawn consists of two buildings with 163 apartments. They will be put into use next year. The second stage of construction has just started. Altogether140 apartments are available for sale. Construction works are carried out by Hochtief Polska, famous for their high-quality execution.
