Aurec Home has sold over 70 % of flats in the first stage of “Town of Dawn” within six months. Such high interest of buyers shows that the demand for residents-friendly housing estates in Poland is growing.
“Town of Dawn” is a housing estate offering innovative ecological solutions.

– On average, we sell 20 apartments per month. This is a record pace. We are very pleased with the high level of sales, so we are optimistic about construction of stage II that has already started. We offer 140 two, three and four-room apartments in that stage. – says Mariola Żak, sales director of Aurec Home.
