Real Estate Sales Specialist
Your tasks:
- Comprehensive customer service in the process of selling apartments and commercial premises
- Presenting investments and conducting sales meetings
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Achieving sales targets
- Signing notarial deeds with customers
- Cooperation with the marketing and legal departments
- Participation in trade fairs and industry events
Our expectations:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the real estate industry
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- Independence, good work organisation and customer focus
- Knowledge of the real estate market and regulations related to the sale of apartments
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM
- Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage
