The new phase will feature 125 apartments with diverse layouts, from functional and practical studios to spacious and comfortable apartments. The building’s architecture reflects the style of the previous stages – the subdued, light colors of the facade and the aesthetic, floral greenery with dominant hydrangeas will create a harmonious and friendly space.

My Forest is a modern residential development located on Modlińska Street – one of Warsaw’s main thoroughfares, which provides excellent transport links to the city centre and access to a wide range of urban infrastructure. The intimate, two-storey buildings blend harmoniously into their surroundings, offering residents peace, space and a high standard of living.

The project comprises 194 functional apartments ranging in size from 27 to 87 m², with balconies, loggias, spacious terraces or private gardens – ideal for relaxing close to nature. Stage A of the investment consists of two carefully designed buildings, which will house a total of 135 flats.
