My Forest is a modern residential development located on Modlińska Street – one of Warsaw’s main thoroughfares, which provides excellent transport links to the city centre and access to a wide range of urban infrastructure. The intimate, two-storey buildings blend harmoniously into their surroundings, offering residents peace, space and a high standard of living.

The project comprises 194 functional apartments ranging in size from 27 to 87 m², with balconies, loggias, spacious terraces or private gardens – ideal for relaxing close to nature. Stage A of the investment consists of two carefully designed buildings, which will house a total of 135 flats. The variety of layouts and sizes – from compact studios to spacious apartments – meet the needs of both singles and families. Each apartment has been enriched with additional space in the form of a balcony or a private garden on the ground floor, ensuring comfort in everyday life and direct contact with the surroundings.

What makes this investment absolutely unique is the fact that it is being built on the site of the former Ursus Factory. Three buildings have been constructed as part of the Dzielnica Lawendy, with a total of 252 flats – from practical studios to spacious family flats. All apartments are characterized by a modern layout, high flexibility and the possibility of flexible arrangement. A new public street has been built for the investment, connecting the estate with Łopuszańska Street and providing safe and convenient access to the Raków WKD station, which significantly improves transport accessibility, not only for the residents of the estate, but for the entire local community.
